The Work Scheduler is a flexible, calendar-based feature that allows you to log, track, and manage any type of work—whether it's tied to a quote, an invoice, or simply a standalone task.
It's a free-form system designed to adapt to your workflow. You can:
- Link jobs to existing quotes or invoices
- Create standalone tasks (like site visits, meetings, or admin work)
- Update statuses in real-time (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled, or Pending)
- Automatically notify clients of updates (where an email is on file)

This update bridges the gap between quoting a job and sending the final invoice. With the Work Scheduler, you'll be able to:

Whenever you create, update, or complete a scheduled task, HiveSuite will automatically send a notification email to your client (if an address is provided). That includes:
