HiveSuite provides business management software including invoicing, customer management, job scheduling (HivePlanner), and related services for small businesses and contractors.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful or malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use the service for any illegal business activities

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly/annually as per your selected plan. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information and business data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service.

8. Intellectual Property

HiveSuite and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HiveSuite is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to services will cease and you may export your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
