1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "the customer") and HiveSuite Limited ("HiveSuite", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16791803).

By accessing or using any HiveSuite service - including our website, platform, mobile app, or Customer Portal - you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Description of Service

HiveSuite provides business management software for UK contractors and mobile service businesses. Our platform includes:

• HiveCRM - customer and job management
• HivePlanner - job scheduling and calendar
• HiveIntel - analytics, reporting, and AI-powered insights
• HiveCrew - team management and time tracking
• Customer Portal - branded login for your customers to view jobs, approve quotes, and pay invoices

3 User Accounts

To use HiveSuite you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorised individuals
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@hivesuite.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HiveSuite to:

• Violate any applicable UK or international laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of HiveSuite or any third party
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to HiveSuite without our prior written consent

5 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance at the rates shown on our pricing page. All prices include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• A 30-day free trial is available on all plans - no credit card required to start
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to suspend access if payment is not received
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis - contact us to discuss

6 Data and Privacy

Your data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using HiveSuite, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7 Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of HiveSuite services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the service. Where possible, we will give advance notice of planned downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8 Intellectual Property

HiveSuite, its software, branding, and all related content are the intellectual property of HiveSuite Limited and are protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without our prior written permission.

Your business data (customers, jobs, invoices, etc.) remains yours. We claim no ownership over data you enter into HiveSuite.

9 Limitation of Liability

HiveSuite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, HiveSuite Limited excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of - or inability to use - the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, you may export your business data within 30 days. After this window, your data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate by email. Continued use of HiveSuite after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HiveSuite shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.
