Each plan has Administrator & Staff seats (shared between the two) and Crew seats. Your Add User page shows how many of each you have left. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan tier. No surprise charges.
Administrators have full access, including billing, users, integrations and business-wide settings. Staff are office users who only see the areas an Administrator ticks for them, such as Customers or Quotes & Invoices. Administrators and Staff share the same seats. Crew are the people doing the work on site and use HiveCrew for their jobs, time and site updates, on Crew seats.
