Build your options

Switch a quote to "Options mode" and add up to three pricing tiers - Basic, Standard, Premium, or whatever names suit your work. Add optional extras customers can tick or leave. Set a deposit percentage if you want one. Done.

Share one link

Hit send and the customer gets a branded link they can open on any device. They see your tiers side by side, pick the one that fits, toggle any extras, and watch the total update as they go. On mobile, a sticky Accept bar keeps the action one tap away no matter how far they scroll.

Accept and collect

When they're ready, they enter their name and hit Accept. You get notified in your bell and by push. A deposit invoice raises automatically if you set one, with a Stripe payment link attached. Everything they saw - the package, extras, total, deposit - lands on the quote overview exactly as they confirmed it.

Reset and regenerate

If a customer accepted but hasn't paid the deposit yet, reset acceptance to let them re-choose. Regenerate the link any time to invalidate the old URL instantly.

Quick answers

Does the customer need to create an account?

No - the magic link works for anyone without any login. If the customer already has access to your customer portal, they can also accept through there and the quote sits alongside their full history, invoices, and documents.

Can I turn off the interactive options on a quote?

Yes. Options mode is toggled per quote. Quotes without it behave as normal.

What happens if the customer needs to reconsider?

You can reset the acceptance from the quote overview as long as the deposit hasn't been paid yet. That reopens the link for them to re-choose.

Does it work for VAT-registered businesses?

Yes. VAT is handled correctly throughout - on the customer page, in the acceptance email, in the deposit invoice, and in your records.

Can I use my own branding on the quote page?

Yes. The page uses your company name, logo, and subsidiary branding if you're running multiple companies under one account.
