Drag & drop scheduling
Move jobs with a single drag. Resize from the bottom edge to change duration. Click any empty slot to create a new job with times auto-filled.
Team management
Assign crew when creating jobs. Nearby crew suggestions show the 5 closest team members with distance and current status.
Job Inspector panel
Click any job to open the full Inspector - details, timeline, costs, crew, customer files, and documents in one panel. Desktop stays fixed while you scroll; mobile slides up from the bottom.
Recurring jobs
Set jobs to repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly, monthly, or on a custom interval. Edit just one occurrence, this and all future, or the entire series.
Agenda view on phonesNew
The week's days run across the top with the chosen day's jobs as large cards underneath, including free gaps you can tap to book and who is off. Swipe for the next day, or press and hold a job to move it.
Unscheduled jobsNew
Create a job before you know the date, with how long it should take. It waits in the Unscheduled tray, alongside accepted quotes not yet booked, until you drag it onto the calendar or onto someone's day in Crew View.
Map viewNew
See where your jobs are for a day, a week or dates you choose, coloured by status and using the planner's filters. Tick Show unscheduled to plan the jobs that have no date yet around them.
Busy days made readable
Overlapping jobs share the slot side by side, with a "+N more" button when there are too many. Multi-day jobs sit as a bar across their days. You choose which details each job card shows, and in what order.
Raise invoice from a jobNew
Invoice straight from the job panel or the Ready to invoice list, with the customer, site and order number filled in. Tick in the stock used, costs logged and hours clocked. Automatic invoices on completion can be saved as drafts to check first.
Cost tracking
Add cost lines to any job. See a running Revenue, Costs, and Margin summary - green when profitable, red when not. Sourced from linked invoices.
Sign-off confirmation
Route crew-completed jobs to pending approval. Approve, refuse with a reason, or create a follow-up job in one step.
Work order PDFs
Download work orders with your own document title, section toggles, and a customer-facing preset.
Site notes
Notes attached to an address are shared across every job at that site, so access codes and hazards are never lost.
Job requests
Customers request work through the portal, or pick a slot on your online booking form. Approve or decline from the planner and approved requests become jobs.
Status notifications
Alert staff in-app, by email or by SMS when a job reaches a chosen status, and notify crew when they are assigned.
Time off on the plannerNew
The Crew View shows who is off each day, with half days and requests waiting, and the calendar can show who is off with bank holidays shaded. Booking, dragging or re-crewing a job warns you (or stops you) if someone is off. Time Off
Works offline on Android
Crew can check in, time, update and complete jobs with no signal in the Android app. Changes sync back to the planner on reconnect.
Pipeline board
One click switches from the calendar to a kanban board showing every job grouped by status. Drag cards between columns to change status - with confirmation for Complete and Cancelled. Overdue jobs are highlighted in red. On mobile, columns collapse into an accordion.
Job automations
Attach reminder rules directly to jobs - job end reminders and invoice reminders triggered a set number of days before the event. Choose who gets notified: assigned crew, all admins, or specific users, with optional email alerts.
