When you raise an invoice in HiveSuite, it appears in QuickBooks automatically. Line items, amounts, due dates, and customer details are all included. Issued credit notes are sent too, and voiding one voids it in QuickBooks.
Payments
When a customer pays via Stripe or you record a manual payment, the invoice is re-synced and a ledger entry is created in QuickBooks automatically.
Customers
Customer records stay in sync. The customer's VAT number goes across too. New customers created in HiveSuite are reflected in QuickBooks as contacts automatically.
Quotes, suppliers & purchase orders
Switch on quotations, suppliers (as QuickBooks vendors) and purchase orders too. Each one syncs when it is created, updated, converted or received.

Click "Connect QuickBooks" in HiveSuite settings. You will be redirected to QuickBooks to grant access via OAuth.

Choose what syncs, then match each Finance Ledger category to a QuickBooks account, with an offset account and an optional class. Ask your accountant if you are not sure.
