Xero Integration Now Live

Connect HiveSuite to Xero in two minutes. Invoices, payments, and customer contacts sync automatically - no double-entry, no CSV exports, no chasing your accountant.

What's New

HiveSuite now integrates directly with Xero. If your accountant uses Xero - or you manage your own books there - you can connect your account and let invoicing data flow through automatically.

This sits alongside the existing QuickBooks integration. Both are included on every plan from Solo upwards, with no add-on fees.

What Syncs

When you connect Xero to HiveSuite, the following data syncs automatically:

Invoices

Every invoice raised in HiveSuite appears in Xero with full line-item detail, amounts, due dates, and customer information.

Payments

When a customer pays - whether via Stripe or a manually recorded payment - the invoice is marked as paid in Xero automatically.

Customers

New customers created in HiveSuite are reflected as contacts in Xero. No need to maintain two separate address books.

How to Connect

Setup takes about two minutes:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in HiveSuite
  2. Click "Connect Xero" - you will be redirected to Xero's authorisation page
  3. Grant access - Xero asks you to confirm which organisation to connect
  4. Map your accounts - choose where invoices and payments should post (HiveSuite suggests sensible defaults)

From that point, new invoices and payments sync automatically. You can monitor connection health and any sync errors from the same settings page.

Xero is the most popular cloud accounting platform among UK small businesses. Until now, HiveSuite users on Xero had to export data manually or rely on workarounds. That friction is gone.

Will my existing invoices sync?
