Labour cost is the time recorded against the job in timesheets, multiplied by each person's hourly rate.
Does job costing include vehicle costs?
Yes, when HiveFleet is switched on. Each vehicle booked on a job carries a day rate (its last 12 months' running costs divided by working days, or a rate you set), shared between that day's jobs.
Can I see the profit on a quote before I send it?
Yes. Quote line items can carry a cost price and margin uplift, and the quote editor shows a profitability panel. Profit uses all revenue before VAT against the costed lines.
