How do timesheets work in HiveSuite?
Team members use the job timer in HiveCrew. Arrived starts the timer, pause and resume record breaks, and the worked time is added to their timesheet against that job.
Can I export timesheets for payroll?
Yes. Timesheet data can be exported as CSV. HiveSuite does not run payroll itself.
Do timesheets work without a signal?
Yes, in the native Android app, which has offline mode on by default. On iPhone, HiveSuite currently runs as an installable web app that needs a connection while the native iOS app awaits App Store approval.
Can I see time spent on each job?
Yes. Timesheet entries are tracked against job references, and the time feeds the job's labour cost using each person's hourly rate.
Can I bill the hours to the customer?
Yes. When you raise an invoice from a job, hours clocked are offered as lines to add, priced at the labour rate per hour set in HivePlanner Settings.
