Yes. HiveSuite is fully mobile-responsive and the quoting tools work on any smartphone. You can build a quote, add line items, attach photos, and send it to the customer before you leave their property. No signal? In the HiveSuite Android app you can still write the quote offline (and create the customer if they are new), then save it as a draft or set it to send automatically once you are back online.
How does the AI quoting feature work?
HiveAssist, HiveSuite's AI assistant, reads a short description of the job and suggests itemised line items for you - labour, materials, and any additional charges. It can also suggest Good, Better and Best packages. You review, adjust, and send. It saves time on repetitive or complex quotes.
