HiveLeave is an optional module on every plan. Switch it on from the Modules page and the rota knows who is off.

Can I see all my cleaners on one screen?
Yes. Crew View shows one row per person. Drag a job to someone else's row to move it to them at the same day and time.
How does HiveSuite help with holiday cover?
With HiveLeave switched on, HiveSuite warns (or blocks) before you book someone who is off, shows "Off" bands in Crew View, and lists every job in the next eight weeks that needs cover.
Do cleaners see the whole rota?
You choose. HiveCrew schedule visibility settings let crew see their own schedule or everyone's.
Does HiveSuite build the rota automatically?
No. You book the cleans and assign the cleaners; recurring cleans then repeat on their own. HiveSuite does not optimise routes automatically.
