Set up recurring maintenance visits for each site on its contract interval, monthly or custom, and assign the engineer. Job types can require a service record before a visit can be completed, so nothing is closed without paperwork.
Book breakdown callouts on HivePlanner alongside planned work. Clients can raise job requests through the Customer Portal, and staff can be alerted in-app, by email and optionally by SMS when a job moves to a chosen status.
HiveSuite does not include a ready-made lift service or LOLER thorough examination template, and its templates are not approved by any inspection body.
