Sweeping is seasonal and repeatable. Most customers want a sweep every year, usually all at once in the autumn. HiveSuite handles the bookings, keeps next year's visit in the diary and turns the paperwork into a certificate you issue on site.
Add a booking form to your website with your working days and slot length. Customers pick a free time, bookings arrive in HivePlanner Requests, and approving one books the sweep and emails the customer. Booking slots do not check jobs already in HivePlanner, so review clashes when you approve.
Set up a recurring annual job for each customer, so the next sweep is already booked. Change one visit, or the whole series, when a customer needs a different time.
HiveSuite does not include a ready-made chimney sweep certificate, and its templates are not produced or approved by any sweeping association or scheme. Build your own in Certificate Studio, with checklist items, notes, photos and signatures, and issue it from the job pre-filled with the customer and site address. The PDF is emailed to the completion recipients.
