HiveSuite does not register installations with competent person schemes such as FENSA or CERTASS. You can track registration as a job stage, store the certificate and warranty against the job, and share them with the customer through the Customer Portal.
Glazing work involves heavy units and work at height, and sites often ask for RAMS before you start. Generate RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) from the job using HiveSuite's templates, pre-filled with the customer and site, or build your own in Certificate Studio. Upload documents you reuse, such as standard method statements, to the document library once and attach them to any job: they show in HiveCrew for your team and can be shared with the customer through the Customer Portal. Fitters use HiveCrew on their phone to see their own jobs, site notes and photos, tap On my way and Arrived, log time, record materials and add photos and notes as they work. They see only what you allow. The native Android app works offline and syncs each change when it reconnects. On iPhone, HiveSuite runs as an installable web app that needs a connection while the native iOS app awaits App Store approval.
