Build a survey checklist in Certificate Studio with checklist items, notes and up to six photos per item, and required items that must be completed before the survey can be issued. The Site Log records each visit with photos (with their location when the phone shares it) and before-and-after pairs.
HiveSuite does not submit applications or claims to funding schemes. You can add your own job statuses for each stage, for example "Survey done", "Eligibility confirmed", "Install booked", "Installed" and "Paperwork submitted", and see every job on the pipeline board. For private customers, send interactive quotes with options and take a card deposit on acceptance.
Book installs on HivePlanner, including multi-day external wall jobs, and assign the team. Crew View shows each installer's days, and HiveSuite warns before anyone is double-booked.

Installers use HiveCrew on their phone to see their own jobs, site notes and photos, tap On my way and Arrived, log time, record materials and add photos and notes as they work. They see only what you allow. The native Android app works offline and syncs each change when it reconnects. On iPhone, HiveSuite runs as an installable web app that needs a connection while the native iOS app awaits App Store approval.
